All sales are final.

Due to the type of products we sell there are currently no refunds or exchanges. 

We are not responsible for lost packages in the mail. All products will ship with a tracking number so please make sure your shipping address and billing address are correct. For any delivery issues please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number.

Shipping fees cannot be refunded once purchased.

 

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy (Pre-Shipment)

We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate order cancellations as long as the request is made before the order has shipped.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@deathwishcollective.com If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

We recommend reaching out promptly if you wish to make changes or cancel an order.

 

International Order Return & Refund Policy Due to Unpaid Duties

We kindly ask all international customers to be aware of their country’s import regulations and any applicable customs duties or taxes prior to placing an order.

Please note: We do not issue refunds for international orders that are forcibly returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

When an international package is refused or not claimed due to non-payment of these fees, and is subsequently returned to us by the carrier, it is considered a forced return. In such cases, the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and no refund will be issued for the returned merchandise.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all import fees are paid in a timely manner to avoid return or abandonment of the shipment.
